ECG is a medically regulated feature and is not available in all countries. If you click here and scroll to the bottom of the page, you'll see a list of the countries where ECG is supported for the Pixel Watch. Unfortunately, India is not currently among those country.

Is there any update on when it will be available

You can use VPN and pick a ECG supported country. Once you complete initial ECG setup, you can use ECG in your (not supported) country. 😉

@matej1990 Thanks for your input. I would not recommend that, since there are reason behind the fact that is not available for all countries. 

@bhargav_paleti Welcome to the forums. This feature is currently not available for India as explained by @alexthecat. Hopefully more countries will be added to the list. 

The best place to make your voice heard is the Feature Suggestions board, where you can submit your ideas and share it with other members. Feature Suggestions. There you can get votes and comments on the idea you post.
