So here's the deal. I've been reading this forum and several others about this issue. My Fitbit version is 4.48, and my Android phone is version 13, updated May 1, 2025. I have watched the videos. Restarted both devices several times and my watch will not show Fitbit ECG. The phone shows it just fine, and will play the videos on how to get an ECG reading. But nada on the watch. I just activated the watch today.
I bought this watch for this purpose. I am beginning to think I need to return it to Amazon, give it a lowish review and then shop around for a Fitbit device that will support the ECG platform.
Any fixes before I get rid of this dang, heavy useless watch?

Hello @MadameAlto
There's currently a bug affecting some Pixel Watches where the ECG isn't working. The team is aware of the issue and is working on fixing the problem. However, I haven't seen a timeline for the fix.

Thank you for your reply. I did find out from some other forums on this site that this is indeed a known issue. I sadly suspect that the issue might not ever be corrected since they are coming out with a Pixel 4 watch. I've been debating whether or not to return the Pixel and get a Fitbit that will do an ECG, or just forget about it, return the watch and then discuss it with my cardiologist who I will be seeing in September. I do appreciate your time and effort to respond to this post. Thanks again.
