Brand new Pixel watch doesn't track sleep. All the other biometrics work. Heart rate and ecg works. Light on back of watch flashes. Restarted phone and watch. Band is tight, at least tight enough for showing heart rate. Battery is over 50%. Any help? Thanks so much.

Hello @JohnStein
Are you not getting a sleep log at all? No data, not even start/wake times and basic sleep graph (Awake, Restless, Asleep)?
Are you getting data in the Health Metrics section: SpO2, Heart rate variance, Breathing rate, Resting Heart rate?
Which Pixel Watch do you have?

Hi Rieko, Correct, I am getting no data for sleep log, or for anything in Health Metrics section. I can have it "manually" take heartrate, ecg but nothing seems to feed into the fitbit data for the app. I just bought a new Pixel "one" watch. I'm wondering if I somehow blocked it from sending the data?
Thanks, John

Hi @JohnStein
It's very odd that you see the green light, are getting heart rate, and can use the ECG function but you're not getting any sleep tracking.
If you did block the data somehow, you might try removing the Pixel Watch from the Fitbit app, then adding it back as if it was a new device. You might also try uninstalling & re-installing the Fitbit app, too.
Please let us know if this helped to get your sleep data to show.
