Fitbit Flex not syncing

Good afternoon,

I am.having trouble syncing my flex. It hasnt sync'd for 3 days. I have tried to restart it. I have turn my bluetooth off and on again, I have also unistalled the app and reinstalled it and nothing is happening. So before I commit to phoning and being in a que... do anybody have any suggestions?

If not already done, feel free restarting your phone.

Try these troubleshooting steps if your device is not syncing.

Thank you. I have tried everything. There is a slow blinking blue light, indicating its not getting enough charge. How can I resolve this issue?
