My FitBit charge 3 has suddenly stopped recording distances accurately - but when the map comes up, the route line is correct! For example I know my cycle to work is around 6.5 - 7.5 miles depending on the route. Today it recorded about 3.5 miles but the whole route was picked up! Does anyone have any ideas?

Since your Charge 3 use the connected GPS feature to route your exercise, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps to troubleshoot the Fitbit app:
