Hi all, recently bought a fitbit ionic. Set it up on my oppo a73 mobile easy enough. Worked for a few days then stopped syncing. No matter what I tried I kept getting the Bluetooth error message. Is paired OK.
Now I've deleted the settings in the app and tried to setup the device again. My phone finds the watch OK but I turn get the Bluetooth error message again so I can't even add it anymore . Seriously frustrating! Anyone got some help for me? ? 😢

Welcome to the Forums @Damo73 .
Let me help you figure out what is going on. Thanks for trying all of those steps to get your Fitbit to work.
This might be happening because the Oppo A73 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
