Fitbit Ionic is showing only the logo screen blinking after completing the first setup with OS 2.2 installation. Not able to restart also and tried all the options and did multiple factory set

Thanks for bringing this up and trying all of those steps to get your Ionic to work once again.

 

In this case I'd like to ask some questions to better understand the whole situation.

  • What phone are you trying to setup the Ionic to?
  • Do you get some sort of error message if you try to set it up again or sync it?
