Fitbit Ionic won't pair Samsung

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My ionic stopped syncing yesterday at 6PM. At 10PM the face stopped working but I still had time on my fitbit. This morning all that displays is the fitbit logo and it won't pair.

I tried pressing the bottom right and left buttons to reset the ddevice.I unpaired and tried to repair. I uninstalled the app and restarted my phone. No luck!

Unfortunately you were unable to fix the issue and your tech support team
left me without an explanation other than to say my watch is out of
warranty. You're out of luck. Please buy a new one. I am waiting for a
response from them to confirm the month /year of purchase and have yet to
hear back from them.

I have purchased 4 fitbits over the years and a fitbit flyer. I'm very
disappointed.
