If there is So Many People with Note 9 Not able to Sync and Obviously Note 9 is Not in the Compatibility List then WHY hasn't Fitbit Listened to the Consumers and Made it Possible to Sync. All I'm Saying is this is going to Cause Bad Reviews and a Decline in Fitbit Purchases.

It's great to see you around @Jonyboyn818. Sorry to hear that your Ionic isn't syncing with your Samsung Note 9. I was checking the list of compatible devices and it isn't on the list, this is the reason why it's not syncing properly.

While your phone may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device. That's why it's recommended to try this syncing steps. Rest assure that Fitbit is always testing new devices and adding them to the list.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

So this was back in October of 2018 and it's now February. So why has the Samsung Note 9 not been added to the approved list?  About to lose a customer.

I like many others am having troubles connecting my Fitbit Ionic to my Galaxy Note9.  It's been over a week that I have tried every possible way to get it to reconnect, no luck!!!  While I see that the Note9 is not on the compatibility list, it has work seamlessly since November.   Why now an I having trouble??

I'm getting ready to return my Fitbit Sense to BestBuy because of this sync and notification nonsense. Had it for like two days, and pretty pissed.
