I have had issues with my Fitbit Luxe for over a month - from critical battery issues to not syncing. And I cannot tell you how many hours I spent trying everything. I called support and was advised that after 4.28.2 version update, and the new Android update, I would be able to sync my Android phone. Not the case. I called support this morning and was advised my case was being escalated and that apparently they are rolling out another version! I have had this Luxe for almost 3 years with no problems at all until a month ago.

Hello @GJWM
There has been an on-going issue on the Fitbit side that affects syncing and pairing a device with the Fitbit app. As you were notified by Support, version 4.28.2 was supposed to fix the problem. However, many users have reported that the issue still exists even after updating to version 4.28.2.
There isn't any troubleshooting we can do. We'll have to wait until Fitbit rolls out the correct fix.

Hello again @GJWM
From what I'm seeing, the newest Android Fitbit app update, version 4.28.3, has resolved the syncing issue for most users. I can't say all users yet since I haven't had a chance to check all the threads about the syncing issues.
If you haven't updated your Fitbit app yet, please check the Play Store and install the update once it's available to you.
Let us know if you're still experiencing a syncing issue after installing version 4.28.3.
