I have a Fitbit One device and I frequently add my gym visits on the exercise log after the exercise. I did this Saturday and although the exercise is stored, it won't add the active minutes to the log and on the daily overview which shows 8 active minutes whereas on the log page it is 60 min. I have restarted my phone and logged out and logged in to the app but no change. This is quite annoying as it worked fine up till now.

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing the steps that you have tried to resolve this issue.
The first thing I'd like to ask is for you to share some screenshots of what you are seeing. Being able to see it myself could help me understand what is happening and what is the best way to move forward.
