Fitbit won't pair with my cell phone despite multiple efforts and following instructions. Can't see messages on my Sense nor accept calls. Time for replacement?

Hi @StevieNat - if the watch is working normally and there has been no sudden change it may still be fine and it may be more a phone/app related.
Try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
If this is still not working remove any Fitbit watch entries from the phone's Bluetooth and repeat the process, then in the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device"

@Guy_ Thanks for your input.
@StevieNat Welcome to the forums. I will be happy to help you set up your Fitbit Sense to receive notifications.
Please note that you cannot pair the device over the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone. You have to set it up over the Fitbit app. Here you find the instructions to do so: Why are notifications delayed or missing?. Here you find tips for notifications.

This started for me Thursday of last week. I reached out to customer service and they were not helpful at all.
