Hi all
I am trying to synchronize my Fitbit Alta HR for months but it doesn´t work and I get the following message Fitbit Sync Service - Last Synced: null with three options related to it: Sync, Challenges and Account.
I have tried a lot of things and nothing seems to work.
Could you please help me
Thank you so much

It's annoying that all you get is the same canned response for work arounds that aren't working. Fitbit needs to fix the underlying issue. According to some of the posts in the forums it looks like this issue goes back at least a yr or more.

I've just received a replacement Charge 2 and managed to sync it to my phone & tablet. I still can't get phone text/call notifications on my Fitbit but that hasn't worked for months. Not happy with the lack of reliability on the Fitbit overall

It didn't for me. Thank you for sharing though

@LanuzaFitbit I have Aria 2. The issue with Last Synced: null started to occur around 3-6 months ago or longer. While it was annoying I was ignoring it.
I have Pixel XL with the latest Android on it.
I have tried to logout and login and no effect. Battery optimization mode change has no effect either (not that I would be excited about but at least should it work)
The fact this is an error that is clearly happening to a large number of people and annoying day to day life with false notification makes me disappointed.
Being a stock owner and seeing the reactions here I hope this is an exception as otherwise, it would explain why the stock went down so much as people satisfaction with the product is in question?

Having exact same issue. Maybe I just don't know how to use this website but I don't see any answers to the questions being asked about Fitbit saying synced null

I've received a replacement Charge 2 from Fitbit and that now syncs. There are lots of functions e.g. notifications from my phone etc. that used to work but stopped about 6 months ago and hasn't worked since. As my phone isn't a supported device I've bought a band made by my phone manufacturer and that arrived today and works great 😀 paired immediately and all functions working straight away. I would suggest Fitbit make a phone to work with their product or we buy products made by our phone manufacturer so we don't get these issues every couple of months. My Fitbit will be banished to a drawer ☹️

KasperR also posted the exact same issue 05-21-2019 04:32, and how you (LanuzaFitbit) failed to see this when several people posted agreeing posts saying they have the same issue is beyond me. But here is yet another image of the issue.
Have you found a solution?

Hi Lanuza
I haven´t received any PM
I think it is high time that you tell us if this will be solved asap otherwise I would ask for compensation.
My Fitbit is useless without the synchronization feature.
It has been failing for more than 6 months and there are many other users with the same problem.
Please give us a status of when the solution could be in place.
Thank you so much

I have this issue too. I believe I know the source of my error though. I had a Versa which I deleted from my account (gave to my wife). I deleted the app 2 months ago. Last week I reinstalled the app to set up a new WiFi config for our Aria2. Since then I have been getting the same sync error that others are showing in their screenshots.
My guess is that when I deleted the Versa from my account via the app, some linked service was left behind.
Android version: 9
App version: 3.1 (20213410)
Phone: Samsung Galaxy s8

Yup same issue add everyone else. No need for a screenshot since it's the exact same that had been shared. Please get this resolved, super annoying or keeps popping up.

Alright so this solution is a workaround for people using the Aria scale, which actually does sync with the phone and yes this weird null sync message comes up (which is the case with me)
Go into settings> apps & notifications > notifications and turn off Fitbit notifications.
Realize its using a sledge hammer to solve the issue but hey, I already switched to Garmin for the wearable , Aria is the last vestige of Fitbit and this take care of the annoying popups 10 times a day (plus the scale is still syncing)

I appreciate the share, but turning off the notification won't stop the sync event from trying. What that means is that your still burning battery life trying (and failing) to sync. This just suppresses the alert.
