Hi all,
Went from an iPhone to Galaxy S9+ over the weekend. My Fitbit app is being strange... Not only does it take longer to sync, but the Fitbit 'today' section with steps, floors etc... is not updating. Yesterday it was showing 20000 steps when I'd only take a few thousand, and now today it's just showing 0...
I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app and that fixed the issue yesterday, but it's still not working today.

I tried unpairing my versa and re-pairing... but now it won't pair!
It says 'found it' then after about 20 seconds says 'not working'... starting to get frustrated! What's going on Fitbit?

Found the answer elsewhere. You have to force stop bluetooth on your phone and then try and reconnect 🙂
