Fitbit Versa, how do I contact customer support

Hi,

I'm trying to find a way to contact support and all the app is showing me is twitter or an American phone number. 

I've had my fitbit versa since August and I'm fed up with it, battery isn't lasting two days, notifications won't work correctly and the fitbit pay doesn't work with my bank. (bank is my fault I should have checked )

For me the battery is the biggest issue, I had a previous fitbit and they told me to turn off the majority of the functions to save battery life, I upgraded to the versa for its extra functionality so if I can't use it then no point having it, may as well have a pedometer and a watch!
