Fitbit Versa not Syncing with S8 Edge

I have had the Versa for a month, cannot get it to sync consistently to my Samsung 8 Edge phone, have to uninstall and re-install at least 4 times a day. I have the One and am seriously considering going back to it. This is so frustrating.

While you might have already tried some of those steps, I'd recommend that you try to complete the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help you in getting your Fitbit to sync with your S8.
