Hi there, @Jasper293! Good question. I really like the silent alarms on my Alta HR and use them at least daily. You set up the alarms in the Fitbit app. Tap here for instructions.

For some reason when I click on the "+" icon, there is nothing there that says "Set Alarm".  My fitbit charge was easier to set that this one.
