Fitbit alta wont sync with galaxy s6

Hi. I haven't been able to sync my alta since Monday!! Keeps coming up with could not connect live feed message. I've unpaired and re paired Bluetooth, restarted alta, turned off location and back on again, don't know what else to do. Help please.

I'm sorry to hear your Fitbit Alta won't sync. I had the same problem. What worked for me was downloading the Fitbit app on computer with Windows 10 and having it open while I restarted my Alta multiple times and trying to sync the Alta to the Fitbit app on Windows 10. I had the Fitbit dongle thing plugged in to my computer while restarting my Alta.

Restarting your tracker turns it off and on without deleting any activity data. If your tracker saves notifications, a restart deletes them.

 

Now my Alta syncs to both my Android phone and computer.
