Fitbit and phone not syncing, still.

Fitbit recently did a big update. I was hoping that would have fixed my messages and callers with my phone and Fitbit.. Nope! It did not. My fitbit shows who the message comes from - not the message at all. It also has a problem synching phone calls. It won't tell me who is calling , correctly. It reverts back to the person that before the actual person calling... I have a Fitbit 2 and a Galaxy 8. 

Any and all help would be appreciated. Thank ya bunches.

I can't comment on the problem with the caller but the issue with the text message missing is a known bug that fitbit are looking into. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are making updates on progress:
