Fitbit app blank page

I updated the app yesterday now today when I click on profile pic I just get a blank page. All my stats are OK on the"Today" page steps,Active minutes etc. 

 

I've tried syncing (which is fine) I've closed and reopened the app but still getting a blank page 

Anyone else experiencing this?

@Newtripley  I've had screwy issues with the app on occasion.  Mine tend to resolve themselves by shutting down the app in the background and then rebooting the phone.

Hello again

The problem with the app is continuing to act the same way as I originally posted it happens approx two times a week when it does happen I still follow the great instructions as above ie: closing the app then restarting phone (which is Samsung s8 ) it's curious as it only started after the Fitbit app update

Wondered if this is happening to anyone else it's certainly not a big deal but its a bit of a pain

Any other advice would be appreciated

I sure it has happened to others.  I have been experiencing it every few days for a couple weeks.  I simply shut down the phone, then power it on again. After the phone is restarted, the Profile page loads and populates fine.  The next time I get a blank page, I restart the phone and all is well again.
