5 years - never a problem! NOW, for the last month or so every single time open app, it freezes and crashes. Asks if u want to send feedback - doesn't help. VERY aggravating!!! What is going on with Fitbit? Always a strong advocate, but how with this crap? Can't back garbage!

Hi @SunsetRunner. I'm glad to see you here in the Forums. Sorry for the delay.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how you're feeling since the Fitbit app isn't working and allowing you to check your data. To work on this together, please give a try to the following:
- On your phone's settings tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
- Go back one screen and tap on force stop.
- Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and try checking your details one more time.
If the issue persists and you see an error message, take a screenshot of that and share it with me to continue working with you. For instructions to attach a picture, check this post.
