Replace my Fitbit with Sense after the recall on the ionic. And seems like the app is crashing and not syncing at all.

I've moved your post to the Android App board as there are more chances to get related replies here. Thanks for sharing these details with us and just to confirm, may I know if this happens when doing something specific, such as logging an exercise or changing your settings? Do you see an error message when trying to sync? Also, may I know the model of your phone?
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- On your phone's settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
- Go back one screen, tap Force Stop and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
- Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and let me know how it goes.
