Hello, since the last update, the Fitbit app for my Sense crashes whenever I try to access or start a challenge on the app. I've tried searching for answers and restarted my phone and it still does it. Have not found a solution anywhere as to why. Anyone else having this issue?

I appreciate the troubleshooting and research done prior to posting.  If the Android system just updated, try out the troubleshooting posted in this article. 

 

In regards to the app crashing when accessing Guided Programs, we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
