Fitbit app data differs from Versa 3

Android app showing different results from my versa lite 3. For instance my fitbit shows 6 out of 8 hours 250 steps, the app says only 4. How can I fix it?

Same thing here. Also no show for 'days of exercise' nor info for my workout.

Hi. I have tried re charging, but nothing else that works. I'm hoping it is fixable. Fitbit has been slow to respond today, as well.
