Fitbit app deleting zone minutes

The new update just erased a majority of my zone minutes....I had over 300 for the week. Now I am down back under 200 and my last workout of the week in question was this morning. Wtf... I feel like it's screwing with me and all my hard work on monitoring my workouts. Garmin never did this to me. But in two months Fitbit has screwed with me more. I bought the Sense and to return it because after one month the **ahem** thing shut down would not charge or turn on. Now the new update is messing with Verse 2.

@Ambertank Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

I see where your disappointment is coming from. I'd like you to check if there are activities logged that could be deleting the active zone minutes tracked, for example, if an activity was tracked with your Versa 2 but then a manually logged activity was logged, this could be overriding the data.

If there are no activities logged, let me know the phone model and OS installed and if this has happened again.

Hope this helps.
