About once per day after turning my phone on, the Fitbit icon is on my phone but when I press it, I get a message saying that the app is not installed. So I have to reinstall the app. This hasn't happened with any other app on my phone. Anyone know if this is a problem with the app or a problem with my phone.

Hello @kdputah! Welcome to the Forums.

It is possible that it has to do with the way the app is stored on your phone. Are you installing it on an SD card or on the phone's internal memory? Something similar has happened to me with other apps when they are installed on an SD card.

If the app is not on the internal memory, please try to move it there and see if it continues to happen.

Look forward to your reply.

That was the problem. I moved the app into internal storage and the problem went away. Thanks.

Hey @kdputah.

Glad to know that moving it to internal storage did the trick!
