Fitbit app doesn't let me enter comma when logging an exercise

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My brand new Charge 4 does not let me log a 1,5 km walk in the "log previous excercise" section. The log does not allow comma at all, and after putting a dot (1.5km) it translates to 15 km in logged excercises. Once again, there is no proper device support available, (Facebook "help" is not even pretending to solve problems) and you need to ask here from other users??? Not so professional!

@Ärsyyntynyt A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

I see where your disappointment is coming from. I'd like you to make sure you're following this procedure to manually log an exercise:

  1. Tap the Today tab

  2. On the Exercise tile

, tap the + icon > Log Previous.

  3. Tap a recent activity, or search for an exercise type.
  4. Enter the activity details, and tap Log It.

The app should show the option to log 1.5km. If you're still not getting this option, let me know the phone model and OS installed.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi,

Yes, that is what I did, and after logging a 1.5 km walk it translates to 15 km as in the pictures below. The phone is Honor 20 Lite  with Android 10 and OS 10.0.0.230(C431E8R1P7).

@Ärsyyntynyt Thank you for the screenshots attached. I appreciate that you mentioned your phone model.

In this case, please log out from the app, force quit it, clear cache and cookies and try logging your workout again.

Let me know how it goes.

@Ärsyyntynyt Thank you for getting back.

I noticed this has happened to others before please try changing your country to a different one, reboot your phone then change it back to your home country.

I have the exact same problem (but a charge 3). I have tried to change country in the app, as described, but that does not solve it. This problem is not new, I discovered it the first time years ago I think. One of those things that I just gave up on....  It would be nice with a proper fix to this ridiculous bug!
