Fitbit app doesn't show heart rate zones on Exercise tile

Hey,

For some reason this week my fitbit app has stopped showing the time spent in different heart rate zones, and average BPM in the Exercise list. Additionally, it's not showing how many steps I took etc when I try to go into the individual exercise to see more data (but it is still included them in the daily count). When I first do a workout the data is all there, but as soon as I log a new activity the details for the previous one disappears. Does anyone know how to fix this? All previous week log entries are showing correctly.

My device is a charge 5 syncing to a Pixel 6 Pro. I've restarted my phone, checked for updates etc. and it hasn't helped. My device seems to be initially syncing all the information - it's just for some reason the app doesn't seem to be retaining it. I will try to attach a screenshot to show the issue - only the top entry is correct with all the data, however each previous entry was showing correctly until I added the next one.

Thank you

Hi All - there are/have been some Fitbit server issues starting Feb 6th which may affect what is or isn't displayed. Once resolved, it should work again but past information may still not appear correctly.

Try logout of the Fitbit App and if you can login and it has been resolved, it may work again.

Once it is working you can click Edit [top right] in the Fitbit App, then add/move your goals and any missing tiles till it is as you want and click Done. Then do a manual sync.

Thanks for the information... Logging out and back in, then manually synching did not restore it. I'm bummed because I have had Fitbit for years and it used to be I could see all my past information. Now everything from before Saturday is gone- years of trends and data. Is there any way to get that back?

Oh my gosh when I pulled the app up again it was all back! Hooray!

@Luvzwalks- thats good, though some information from during the outage may not be complete if the Fitbit App was removed. With any luck it will all be complete.

It's also missing menstrual info, which I mentioned in this forum as it is relating to the Android app but they moved it to the menstrual health forum which is literally a dead forum. So now I won't even get any answers. 🙄

Yet they don't move people's posts about sleep scores missing to the "sleep well" section. Right. Makes so much sense.

Hi @SunsetRunner  - in the Fitbit App Edit, scroll down to find the missing tiles. If it is still missing, click the Discover tab at the bottom, scroll to and click the Health & Fitness section and select it there.

Thanks @Guy_ , I managed to fix them up by clicking Edit. I will note entries from yesterday logged properly without intervention as well, so hopefully that's a sign it won't reoccur 🙂
