Fitbit app down for maintenance

My fitbit app won't log on. It keeps saying "down for maintenance". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted the Ionic but no luck. Any advice.

Hey there @SunsetRunner, thanks for stopping by! Thanks for already uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app and also for restarting your Ionic in order to solve the logging inconvenience, nice way to go!

If you're running the latest version of the Android OS, go to your Settings and tap Apps.  Choose the Fitbit App from the list and then tap the Clear cache button on the resulting info page.

Also, make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date. Click here to update your app.

Following this, launch the app and log back in - hopefully this resolves any erroneous messages you were seeing. If you still have trouble, let me know. Man Very Happy
