What platform are you using? Android, Windows or iOS?

Good point: there are dedicated help forums for the iOS/Android/Windows apps and the question would be best asked on the relevant forum.

@Moi_Carino: When it happens to me, I always check for pending updates. Once I do the update, it would be back to normal. May be, try this.

No update for the app . At the moment am already log out and I can't even log in again . I even tried to reset password but I keep getting that connection failed check your setting I checked my setting and my connection is working fine . I have a feeling it have to do with me travelling these couple of days . Maybe the country am in doesn't allow or have the app in their system . I don't know just a thought came to my mind

We still don’t know what platform you’re on. On Android, I’m not aware that travelling to another country would affect the behaviour of the Fitbit app (or any other installed app), but then, we don’t know what countries you travelled to either (if it’s North Korea that could be the case). Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it? It takes less than two minutes. You don’t need to be logged to your account for that.
