Hi all,

 

i bought the fitbit alta but it could not sync with the samsung mega, any immediate solutions?

@suwitri, there probably won't be an urgent nor immediate solution to make the phone compatible with the Fitbit app.  Do you have a computer you can sync your Alta to?

@suwitri has tte tracker been setup yet? Some have menti9ned whioe they where unable setip but the phone would sync fine
