Anyone else experiencing trouble with their app? Mine crashed. I recently upgraded my phone to a motoz 4. The app hasn't been working. But it was working on my iPhone but that crashed. When it came back up it was only showing my calories. Then I logged out and it keeps saying no internet. Then it said wrong password or email. So I changed my password. Still saying the same thing. This is really frustrating. The app hasn't been working for me.

Also crashing on a Moto g6 using Android 9. Started with sync problems week of 6/28. Removed app, restarted, installed app; app crashes each time it is selected. Have been through multiple remove, restart, install sessions. Now what?

After a removal of the Fitbit app, a phone restart is needed to clear out the embedded Fitbit drivers and notification services remnants.
Normally when my android Fitbit app crashes. I force stop app clear data, check for app updates. Shutdown phone (this resets hardware), turn on phone and start up app.
