Hello
Since today i am unable to access the Fitbit app via my mobile data plan. It looks like cloudfare blocked my ip (i get error 1006). However everything works fine while using my home wi-fi.
I already called in customer support and they told me there is nothing they can do but sync my app via different networks which is totally ridiculous as i wont't me getting notifications in real time nothing.
I guess a simple white listing of my phone ip would do the trick but the guy i talked to said nothing could be done.
Does anybody here has any solutions?

Are you using cloudfare as a firewall @sorinp10
is it your IP blocked by Cloudfare or fitbits IP. You may want to ask cloudfare.
You mention Cloudfare blocking the IP. Fitbit cant whitelist on their system what is not blocked by Fitbit.
