Fitbit app is logging me out

Hi!

I have already seen some threads regarding this but the issue remains...

My app logged me out last week and since Fri (20th July) I have been unable to log back in. It keeps telling me my details are incorrect.

I feel like I have tried everything to no avail!

Cleared cache/restarted phone/turned phone on and off/reset fitbit/uninstalled and reinstalled app/reset password via online site/turned Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on and off again....

Has anyone else had this issue for this long!? And to think my step count has been really good over this weekend!

The good news is that your fitbit can store up to a week of data between syncs so once this is sorted your steps should not be lost.

The bad news is that if your details are no longer valid there's a risk you may have been hacked and they have changed the password. I think it's best if you contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @MrsDD! Thanks for already troubleshooting this inconvenience, nice way to go!

Are you still having difficulties to log into your Fitbit account? If so, please take into consideration what my friend @SteveH mentions in his post.

This issue is not very common among Android users, but this workaround has been reported before and if the issue still persists, might give you some extra help:

1) Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date

2) Turn off/on Bluetooth

3) Reboot your phone
2) Turn WI-FI off/on
3) Log in via Wi-Fi connection not cellular data

If the issue persists after following those steps. Are you receiving any kind of error message when you try to log in to the app or does the app stay blank after entering your credentials? In either case, I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. Then, force-close the Fitbit app and then, try to log in again.

PS: I've moved your post to the Android App since there are more chances to get related replies here.

Give this a shot and let us know the outcome!
