Yesterday everything was fine. This morning I opened the Fitbit app (Android) to record food and it wanted me to login. So, I did but the interface was crazy. The steps portion was missing and there was no access to settings. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it's still incomplete.
Is this my own unique problem or is something going on with fitbit.com?

After playing with the app and the site on desktop, I realized that my device wasn't paired. So, somehow it became unpaired. It happened overnight while it was being charged.
So, I went through the pairing process on Fitbit connect and all is good.
It remains a mystery as to how the pairing dropped off, but if it happens again I'll know what to do.
Thanks for your response to my inquiry.

Good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community @Longcruise. Certainly this is not a normal behavior, although I would like to ask you some screenshots in case the issue still persists.
In the meantime I recommend to follow the steps from this post.
Keep me posted how it goes. I'll be around.

Hi @Longcruise, I'm glad to hear you were able to sorted out this issue. Certainly it is a mystery how your tracker became unpaired from your mobile app; I can assume it was an error that caused this issue. The bright side is you are back on track and don't hesitate to let me know if you experienced the same issue again.
Catch ya later and stay awesome!

Hi there @fanggibson, let me start by giving you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! My apologies for being absent for a few days.
I'm wondering how it goes? Is the issue still persisting? Are you doing an exercise in specific? Are you able to see the step tile on your main Dashboard?
Let me know this details. I'll be around if you need more help.
