There was a Fitbit system wide issue yesterday (11 Oct 2023) that impacted logging in and syncing. The issue was resolved several hours later. You should be able to login & sync now.

If your Fitbit app isn't working, ensure a stable internet connection, update the app, and restart your device. Clear cache/data or reinstall if needed.
