My Fitbit app has been UPGRADING for TWO DAYS now!! I'm NOT a techie,by any means..but this is crazy! How to I fix/stop this without losing My whole profile/information

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how you're feeling about not being able to use the Fitbit app and let's work on this together. Since the app isn't completing the set up process may I know if your phone is connected to a strong WiFi or mobile data connection? Also, do you have enough space to download this update?
If your answer is yes, I'd recommend to uninstall the Fitbit app and reinstall it back on your phone to get the app updated correctly. Once this is completed, open the Fitbit app, log in to your existing Fitbit account and sync your Fitbit.
Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.
