I have recently brought a new phone, and it used to work perfectly on my old Samsung s6, now I have a Huawei Mate20 lite. It used to work when I first brought it but it stopped syncing, so I reinstalled the app and now it keeps crashing as soon as I start the app up. I've looked at app settings and have allowed everything but doesn't seem to make a difference.

@zskyrme Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
I will gladly assist you with this. Which OS version is your phone running? Have you tried uninstalling the app again? You can try restarting your phone before installing the app again. Also check if there is any battery saver setting on your phone that may be interrupting the Fitbit app.
Let me know how it goes.
