Fitbit app keeps showing "Tracker not found"

I haven't been able to sync my Flex with my LG Stylo 3 for two days. I love tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Power phone on and off, restarting Bluetooth and resetting the tracker with a paper clip. I see others are having the same problem even with a replacement device. I even tried syncing to a different phone. Flex either refuses to pair or I get the looking, tracker not hound message. Pleaser fix this!

Hi @Lonesquaw. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for letting me know about your Flex, as well for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried. Before anything else, let me share that your LG Stylo 3 phone isn't a supported device, meaning that the Fitbit app hasn't been optimized to work flawlessly with this model. Although there isn't a guarantee that it'll always sync, we can work on this together. You mentioned to have tried with a different phone, may I know the model of that phone? Also, did you turn off other Bluetooth connections that weren't in use when syncing?

While you've tried some steps, please give a try to the following troubleshooting in the given order.

  1. Remove the Flex from the Bluetooth settings in your phone.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth from any other phone, tablet and computer aside of your LG Stylo 3 phone.
  3. Verify that the location services are enabled on your LG Stylo 3 phone.
  4. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  5. Go back to the previous screen, tap force stop and reboot your phone one more time.
  6. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Account/profile icon > setup a device.
  7. Choose the Flex, select the option to replace and follow the onscreen instructions.

Let me know how it goes.
