the bpm will not show on my phone the track your exerise will not show on my phone the print is so small on the tracker i use my phone to see my zone mins. my bpm so i know how hard to work on the treadmill to get into carido and these just stopped working as of Saturday the 27 of August this is the 4th tracker i have gotton from fitbit and this is the 3rd one i am having problems with my daughter has done everything look up all options and nothing is working.can any one help please and thank you.

Hi @lindastang which operating system does your phone have and which one is it? Not all phones are compatible and iOS needs to be 13 and higher; Android needs to be system 8 or higher. The Inspire 2 user manual and related help articles can be found here - click to go there.

Sure, take a look at this article on how to set up and let us know if this is what you've done so far. Unless you set up, you can't use the Fitbit properly.

@lindastang I appreciate the details and troubleshooting performed. If you don't see the BPM and Track your exercise tiles on the Today's page, you can add those tiles back by doing the following:
1. On the bottom of the Fitbit app tap on Discover.
2. Tap on Health & Fitness Stats.
3. Select the missing tile and tap on Add to Today.
