I would like to go onto the bingo challenges but it says I need to update my app. I have went into app updates and it's saying no update needed any clues what this could be? I have an samung android. I've also checked on my fitbit help section and it says my blaze is updated there too.

This is what a moderator posted a while back.
"Please note that your phone or tablet is not on our list of compatible devices. We confirmed that the devices on this list are fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. While a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device.
We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone or tablet meets the minimum operating system requirements.
If your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, we provide assistance and troubleshooting steps. Because your phone or tablet is not fully compatible with Fitbit devices, we can't guarantee syncing and other Fitbit features"

@Tikkievie7, as you haven't had any of the several updates since January do you know what Android version your phone is running. My last update was in January (version 3.4.2) because I have Android 5.
If your phone is not running Android 7 and above you will not get any more updates. There will therefore be things that you cannot access and things that will not work properly.

The information that shared @Lilbiddy, is correct. I would like to follow up and would like to know if the Fitbit app update was available. If so, did it show the feature that you were trying ot use?
