My Versa 3 shows that I completed 12/12 hours for the 250 steps, but the Fitbit app says I missed the 11:00 AM 250 steps. I've tried syncing multiple times. I've removed/un-paired the device. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app (Android phone). The device still shows that I completed 12 out of 12 hours, but the app says 11/12. Coincidentally, the 11:00 AM hour the app says I missed today is the one hour that I actually did miss yesterday.

I'm not sure if this has been fixed, but it was a known issue.

This has been a consistent problem for me. I shouldn't let it irritate me as much as it does, but I really get annoyed every time it happens (and I'd say it's at least once or twice per week).
I have had 6 or 7 fitbits over the years, but this one bug is frustrating enough that I'm going to look at other Android smart watches.
Fitbit, you really should fix this!

Hi @CSP27 - did you look at watch faces in the Gallery that record each hour on the watch, such as SimpleClockPro which gives multiple reminders per hour and shows steps so far this hour, and keeps a Steps This Hour history for the day so you can check what is happening or has happened.

Hi - the issue for me isn't the watch, but the fact that the Fitbit app doesn't reflect what the watch has tracked. I cracked my Versa3 last week, and just replaced with a Galaxy Watch4 ... which so far I am very happy with. Thanks though, Guy_.
