Fitbit app not loading bike activity data

The latest Fitbit Android App 3/8/20 does not work properly. It syncs to my Ionic and Blaze and uploads the data, but the data and map (bike ride) do not display properly on the phone (Samsung S9+) App. Map shows as a dot or timer. The uploaded data and map does display correctly when logging in on my IPad and IMac. I have tried uninstalling, rebooting, and reloading the App 3 times to no avail.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this affecting only your Bike exercise record or other activities too? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps in that specific order and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
