Fitbit app not showing Active Minutes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Each day I've got 45-60 active minutes on my Alta HR. They are shown on the fitbit when I've gone for a brisk walk, but when I sync to my Android app the minutes don't show, or disappear after a short while. It says I haven't any active minutes since Saturday 30th, even though I've been very active. Very annoying.

Thanks, I ended up resetting the Fitbit and restarting the phone, which worked. So I didn't have to delete and reinstall the app. Thanks for your help.
