No notifications at all from a Samsung s8+. I have a versa 2.. No calls, texts, reminders, any ideas please?

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Hi Ricardo, I had already tried those 2 fixes , all to no avail. I do not get any notifications of any sort from my Samsung s8+ to my versa 2.

Is this particular phone compatable with this fitbit? as I have read somewhere that other people are having the same issues as I am having.

Thanks for your reply @kronkie, sorry for the delayed response.

 

I appreciate your effort troubleshooting this situation with the steps that were shared on my previous post. To answer your question: Yest, the Samsung Galaxy S8+ is compatible with our products and services. That being said, to move forward with this situation and so I can investigate further, can you please send me a screenshot of the notifications settings from the Messages App? I'll verify the settings to check if they're correctly configured. You can refer to this post to attach an image into your post.
