Hi @vbbbbq1. Welcome to the Forums.

Thanks for sharing details about your Versa's behavior and the steps tried on your own. I understand that these issues are also experienced on Android and let me help you out with this. Although you've have done it, please make sure of the following requirements:

  • The Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  • The location services are enabled within your phone's settings.
  • The Fitbit app has been allowed to run on the background.

That said, I'd recommend to give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove any device from the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby. This is just for this process.
  3. Scroll down and make sure the "All-day sync" and "Always Connected" options are turned on. If they're, turn them off and back on.
  4. On your phone, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  5. Go back one screen, tap on force stop and reboot your phone.
  6. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Versa > Sync now.
  7. Then set up the notifications one more time. Make sure you've turned off Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode on your watch to receive notifications

By the way, I've moved your post to the Android board so you can receive more related responses about this situation and to keep our forums organized.

Let me know how everything goes.
