Hi @Momdina do you still see your device on your app? Sadly, anyone who finds your device can set it up on their own account. All they would need is the charger unit and they'd be able to use it. There is no way to track your Fitbit to find it if you're out of range and nothing you can do once someone has set it up in their own account. Did you check with the resort to see if anyone turned it in? Sorry there isn't much that can be done for you.
