Setting up Versa 2 with Samsung Galaxy 9...can't get text notifications...help please.

I too have been having the same issue. It will tell me a I have a new Message but I cant view it. 

BUT itll tell me I have a new FB message and I can view it and respond to it. So I think its something within the Fitbit software. I saw a post on here where they said they were working on a messaging problem. Best of luck! But other than the issue, I hope you enjoy your Versa 2! I know I do 🙂
