Fitbit app not showing calories burnt

Calories burned aren't showing up again. They didn't show for yesterday's workout either.

@AliciaB88 Nice to see you again in the forums. Please excuse the delayed response. Would you be so kind to confirm if the calories are still not showing? Please check the overall calories shown on the today tab. 

 

Make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. Have you checked the activity on the Fitbit.com website? This was an issue with an older version of the Fitbit app. There have been at least two new releases after I first saw this situation reported. When was the last time you did not get the calories? Thanks in advance.

My app is updated. I'm still having problems with being able to see my calories burnt from heart rate. I can see the calories burnt from exercise but I want to see my overall calories burnt for the day in one place. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't.

@AliciaB88 Thanks for the reply and the explanation. Would you be so kind to provide me with your smartphone model and Fitbit app version. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture and then tap on "Help and Support". At the top details of the app will be shown, version included. This way I can report this in detail. Thanks in advance.

I am having the same issue since Sunday really. It shows I have burn about 2,000 calories from Monday to Thursday (LOL)  when I go twice to the gym and would on average burn 2,500 calories + à day. There is definetly an issue. 

My App is up-to-date too!!!!

Same thing is happening to me. I'm pretty bummed that yesterday's workout isn't showing when one of the things I love is checking how I did afterwards. My app is up to date, I synced, I force closed and did a sync, still no information. Customer service chat was no help.
