Fitbit app not syncing with Moto z3

i just changed to a motorolla z3 and this app is not allowing me to connect. any advice? worked perfect on my samsung.

@Lisareneesweet Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Please help.  I own an Ionic.  I got a new phone, a Moto Z3.  It wasn't synching.  I read up on it here, tried everything (phone off, phone on, Bluetooth off/on, re-started the watch, removed the Ionic from my FitBit app, and now it won't even find it to set up.

 

Please help me set up my Ionic to my Moto Z3

Have you tried removing it from your Bluetooth under your phone then repairing,?  That's how I got mine working.
